Your consultation will consist of a one-on-one session with Dr. Victor Bruce. During this session, the doctor will take the time to thoroughly understand you and your goals. This will give them all the information they need to craft a treatment plan that is 100% customized to you. It is this thorough consultation process that ensures every patient receives completely bespoke treatment and that no two patients ever receive the same plan.

1. Full name of patient.
2. Date of birth
3. Cell phone number
4. Email address
*We then send all your Patient Intake forms to your email or Mobile phone to fill out and then hit the SUBMIT button. (No more filling out reams of paper on a clipboard on arrival to your doctor’s office).
